Rum
After the Revolution, the British West Indies were forbidden from selling Rum to America. So, Charleston began distilling to provide for it’s citizens. Today, High Wire, Firefly, and Striped Pig all distill rum in the city. Get your hands on their booze and our Rum Gelato to celebrate American independence.

Picture an old fort in the distance, cool ocean breeze, the sound of children playing in a fountain shaped like a pineapple. We suggest you scoop our Coconut Sorbet and take a walk around The Battery. This downtown park overlooks the Charleston Harbor, Fort Sumter, and the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.
